30 Night Return Policy:
We offer a generous 30 Day Return Policy. This allows you to request a return, replacement, or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.Ā 

Eligibility for Returns:Ā To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in original condition, unused, and unlaundered.Ā 
  • All parts included.
  • The item must be in its original packaging

    Used items are subject to a $30 restock fee and are not eligible for a full refundĀ 

    *You will be asked to provide a photo to confirm the product's condition.Ā 

The customer handles all return shipping costs.Ā 
We do not accept change of mind, no longer needed or unwanted giftĀ 


Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please do so withinĀ 12 hoursĀ of placing it. Canceling an order after 12 hours may result in a restocking fee of $30 being deducted from the refund. If your item/s are in transit we cannot cancel your order.Ā 

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that Gift Cards and final sale items are not subject to return or refunds unless they arrive damaged.Ā We do not accept change of mind or no longer needed as reason for return.Ā 

Promotion - Giveaway Disclaimer
During promotional periods marked with a free item, each order qualifies forĀ one complimentary item.Ā This is subject to while stock lasts. Promotions are subject to change at any time.

  • Not subject to individual return for refund/replacement.
  • If a return is approved for items from a promotional package/ bundle, all items, including any free items, must be returned. If the free item is missing, its retail price will be deducted from the refund

Refunds:

- Shipping fees and package protection fees are non-refundable.Ā 
- We do not price match or refund based on competitor pricing

Damages and Issues:
We highly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, or defective, or if there's a mix-up with your order, please let us know immediately with a photo or video of the issue at this link hereĀ Submit a Request

Address and Delivery Issues:Ā 
Once your item is shipped, we understand that address changes can be tricky. Unfortunately, we can't modify delivery addresses post-shipment.Ā While we strive to ensure your package arrives safely, we recommend choosing a secure delivery location.

In the rare event that an item goes missing or is stolen after delivery, please understand EarthingBedding holds no obligation to replace or refund the item when couriers provide evidence of delivery. If wanting the item reshipped a restock and reshipment fee will be applied.Ā Ā
